Please choose one of the following ways to receive your order:

Charges and ways to collect

1. Receive at your place via Hellenic Post courier services 0-3 kg = €3.5, >3kg = €0.50 per extra kg
2. Collect from a Hellenic Post office 0-3 kg = €1.5, >3kg = €0.50 per extra kg
3. Collect from a SamanDust store: Free (see homepage for the list of stores)
4. Free shipping for any type of delivery for orders above €350
5. Shipments to Cyprus and EU countries via ELTA POST with a corresponding cost for each country and after informing and approving by customer.

Duration of orders

Orders remain valid and available for delivery up to 15 diary days after they have been recorded. In case the order is not possible to complete (e.g. inability to communicate, not showing up to collect the order, ordered product out of stock) and after the 15 days’ deadline, the order is cancelled.

Deliveries

Processing of orders, collection of products and shipping take place daily (Monday to Friday) during working hours. No shipping is possible on bank holidays, days on which our warehouse is shut due to annual recording process and on weekends (unless otherwise defined).

Estimated delivery time

Orders taking place on SamanDust.com on workdays until 13:00 and on condition that there is product availability, are to be delivered within 24 hours in big cities. For the remaining areas, delivery time will vary accordingly and might reach up to 3 workdays. For areas hard to access by our delivery company, delivery time might be different. Fourty-eight hours are usually needed for orders chosen to be collected at a SamanDust store.

Total shipping order

In order to avoid excessive shipping charges, the order is processed as soon as all the required products are ready and available. In case you wish to receive only the products that are available, please call us on 003023840 23071 and give us the reference number of your order or place a new order for the non-available products. The final confirmation of availability is performed during the processing of the order and the product collection.

In case of non-available items

For orders including products not immediately available and after having ordered them, we will contact you promptly to let you know of the estimated delivery time. Communication usually takes place within the next day after you place your order and will depend on the contact details you have filled in in your order.
