RETURNS
If the customer is a natural person (consumer) who makes the sale for personal use and not for the convenience of their individual activity (trade, business, craft or profession), then SRC GROUP smP.C (www.zeoliteclean.com) provides a right product within 14 calendar days, which start from the time of delivery of the product (to the customer or the carrier that the customer indicates), return the product with proof of purchase in its original condition, unused, chargeable with return costs and any diminished value of the goods. The client product can be returned to any SRC GROUP smP.C store in Greek territory. Since the product tested will be returned to the customer first, the price with the way in which the payment had been made, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. Any bank or other charges depending on the method of payment that the customer has chosen, shall be borne by the latter.
These general terms and conditions are governed by Greek law. Any dispute which may arise and which emanates from the contractual relationship between the SRC GROUP smP.C and the client, competent to resolve it is the jurisdiction of the Courts of Thessaloniki. Amicable settlement of the dispute you can contact the competent court settlement of consumer disputes entities, eg the General Secretariat for Consumer Affairs of the Ministry of Development and Competitiveness (Pl. Kanigos, 10181, Athens, www.efpolis.gr, tel.: 1520, fax: 2103843549), the Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr, Alexandras Av. 144, 114 71 Athens, tel.: 2106460734, fax: 2106460414.), the Committees for Amicable Settlement of consumer disputes (Article 11 of N.2251 / 1994) based on local country’s municipalities.
Returns are not accepted: Where the products are used. The consumer should manage each product purchasing how one would manage and would consider it at a physical store in order to ascertain the nature, characteristics and how to use it. Management of a product, which is different from the above description, will not be accepted. Therefore, the consumer may be charged by reducing the value of a product, if the management has done this more than acceptable extent, eg .: Products which are returned without packaging or damaged packaging, but with complete accessories and accompanying documents, will open to reduce the returned value to 15%.
