Zeolite helps to soften (ion exchange filters) and water filtration. In ion exchange filters, zeolite binds calcium and magnesium ions and releases sodium ions into place, so that the water becomes softer but also richer in sodium.
The addition of zeolite to the water through ZeoliteClean results in the capture of inorganic, organic, organometallic, gases, bacteria, cyanobacteria, metals and radionuclides in a range ranging from 20% to 100%. Zeolite enriches water with oxygen (oxygen currents) and regulates the pH of water to neutral, increasing or decreasing it, depending on the acidity or alkalinity of the water.
